For the first time in 30 years, the house featured in "10 Things I Hate About You" is on the market!
Fans of the show may recognize the Tacoma house as the home for Kat Stratford, played by Julia Stiles.
The house is a short drive from Stadium High School, where much of the movie was shot.
Redfin just posted the for-sale listing on their website. The 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is on the market for $1.6 million.
The movie shot throughout Seattle and Tacoma back in the summer of 1998. IMDB has a list of all 14 filming locations, including Seattle's Gas Works Park and the Fremont Troll.
